BALLAST ROOFING
The main distinctive feature of this type of roofing compared to traditional is that the membrane is fastened to the base using ballast.
This type of roofing is used on flat roofing with an incline of no more than 3%.
Advantages:
- does not require mechanical fastening to the base,
- ease and speed of installation;
- improved fire resistance,
- the roof may be used,
- can support pedestrian loads.
